At Little Bookworms we will protect and respect your privacy.
In this Privacy Policy we will explain when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it and how we keep your personal information secure.
When you book onto our sessions, we require your name, contact details, Child/ren name, age, and any allergies.
We will hold these details along with the session details that are or have been attended.
When you make payment, the payment provider (third–party, ClassForKids) will need to know your personal details to enable them to perform this task on our behalf and are obliged to not use such details gathered, to disclose or use for any other purpose. We do not retain any information that is disclosed to them. EG: Card or Bank details.
All information you receive, will only be from Little Bookworms. We will NOT sell or share your data with anyone else unless consent has been given by yourself or must be given by law, court, or court order.
To withdraw your consent email us at kirsty.sinclair@little.bookworms.co.uk, and confirmation of your request will be forwarded to you.
If you require a copy of information held by us, please send to the above email address.
If at any time you believe that the processing of your personal data is not in accordance with the law, you have the right to complain to the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office).
We will hold your personal information for a period of 6 years. (The minimum term)
We will from time to time communicate with you, with information that we feel will be relevant to you. EG: New term dates.
