Health & Safety

You agree that you or any child/children with whom is your responsibility to supervise, attends our sessions knowingly that there is no Health, Safety or Physical conditions that would cause any form of discomfort to yourself or the child/children.

Little Bookworms will not be liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage suffered from not informing us about any medical condition that could have a detrimental effect on you or your child/children during our sessions. It is of great importance that all instructions are followed within our sessions to ensure there are no losses, damages, or injuries. You are responsible for supervising and caring for your child/children at all times. Your child/children will be using or playing with different sorts of materials which may contain small parts and could have a significant risk to their Health and Safety. It is your responsibility to monitor, care and supervise your child/children at all times.

You must not bring your child/children to a session if they are suffering from the following ailments:

·        Has a fever or has had in the past 24 hours.

·        Has an upset stomach or diarrhoea or has had in the past 48 hours.

·        Has a continuous nasal discharge.

·        Has a discharging eye/s. (Conjunctivitis)

Booking and Paying for Classes

We already have in place our online booking system at https://little-bookworms.class4kids.co.uk. All bookings and payments will be taken through this system. 

Your place will be confirmed upon the completion of the booking form and payment. An Invoice will be forwarded by email when payment has been received.

At the time of booking, it is requested that payment is made in full. If the payment is not received, this must be paid in full within 1 weeks of the start of the Term. A reminder Invoice will be forwarded and from thereon a further reminder 24 hours prior to the start of the first session. After this your booking will be cancelled.

Payment for Academic Little Bookworms is payable on a weekly basis prior to the tuition commencing. Failure to adhere to this will result in the cancellation of the tuition session.

Refunds or Transfers

When a refund or transfer is requested due to unforeseen circumstances, this can be organised with your preference.

You can gift your place to another child; however, you will be required to book onto the system and inform Little Bookworms of this change. https://little-bookworms.class4kids.co.uk

General

All vehicles using the parking facilities are left at the owner’s risk, and Little Bookworms do not accept any form of liability for any loss or damage incurred.

Little Bookworms can provide on request Enhanced DBS and Qualification Certificates.
